How Much Time Does the Impound Process take? 

Usually, the impound process consumes at least 3 or 4 hours. But the full details cannot be learned about where the vehicle has been taken. When you are calling for information, you will have to provide certain documents. You will need to provide your name, your VIN, or vehicle license plate number, and vehicle make and model. If you are not aware of VIN, then you should know it is a vehicle identification number that is unique for every vehicle. It is 17-digits long and carries almost all the information regarding the vehicle. 

 

What Happens When Your Vehicle is Located? 

 

When they get success in locating your vehicle, they will provide you with some information. They will tell you the name of the towing company. You will be given the location of your vehicle, and also the number of fees due. When you go to recover your vehicle, make sure you carry your driver’s license and the registered owner identification.
